Counselling Therapy

Counselling therapy is a collaborative approach between an individual and a therapist. Healing occurs through dialogue in a supportive, respectful and non-judgmental environment. Sometimes, it might also include integrating the body and nervous system regulation, and psychedelic preparation and integration. COUNSELLING THERAPY

Psychotherapy is a collaborative approach to help achieve goals, enhance life, and assist in your growth process. It can also be useful to work through relationship conflicts, trauma, and remove blocks. Our goal is to break self-defeating thoughts, patterns, and processes, to create a more fulfilled, healthier and happier you. You get to chose how you want to spend your time, what you want to talk about and what you want to work on. This all occurs in a safe, non-judgmental and respectful space. In talk therapy, you might work through current life stressors, heal current or past traumas, break through old defenses that are no longer working for you, or simply utilize the support that it offers. 

MY PRACTICE INCLUDES

While I work with different ailments, my areas of practice includes Trauma (past and present trauma experiences), grief and loss, palliative care, anxiety, low self-esteem, codependency, depression, healthcare worker stressors/trauma, life transitions, existential issues, birth trauma. Somatic Experiencing works great with therapy to incorporate the body with the mind. I can also offer psychedelic preparation and integration sessions.​​
