HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnosis is a deep sense of relaxation, that allows you to shift back and forth between your subconscious and your conscious mind. This is a natural process that occurs everyday, and is a state of increased suggestibility. In hypnotherapy, it integrates psychotherapy while being in a hypnotic trance, where there is a an increased sense of focus. Opposite to some beliefs, the hypnotized person will always have control and will hear and remember their experience. While in trance, you will always be able to express any requests or needs. Hypnotherapy might allow access the source of issues, as well as reconnect to emotions and parts of self that got disconnected during traumatic experiences. ​​

STEPS IN THE PROCESS

The steps consists of creating a deeply relaxed state, that allows you to connect with the subconscious. Through hypnotic trance, you will gain greater access to your emotions, sensations and intuition so you can transfer them from your subconscious to your conscious mind. This form of hypnotherapy often will regress you to the source of issues that you came in with, which might include your childhood, birth or past life. You might also experience a heightened response to positive suggestions. This approach can help you gain a greater sense of clarity and can bring subconscious insights to your awareness. From there, you can live more consciously, allowing you to change unwanted behaviors or engrained beliefs.
